This Arizona Residential Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this ______ day of ____________, 20____ ("Effective Date"), by and between ______________________________________________________________________ ("Landlord") with a mailing address of ________________________________________________________________________, and ______________________________________________________________________ ("Tenant") with a mailing address of ________________________________________________________________________. Premises located in the State of Arizona shall be bound by this Agreement and any provisions of the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.
1. Property. The landlord agrees to lease the premises located at ________________________________________________________________________ (the "Property"), to the Tenant.
